This page describes exactly what data the Wipe for Reddit Chrome extension and its backend (reddit-cleaner.sydney-boisseau.com) collect, why, and for how long. It follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy (including its Limited Use requirements) and the EU GDPR (Regulation 2016/679).

Wipe for Reddit has a single purpose: letting you bulk-delete your own posts and comments on Reddit. It does not access, collect or process content belonging to other people. Wipe for Reddit is an independent tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by Reddit, Inc.

This data is never sold, never used for advertising or creditworthiness, never shared with data brokers, and not used for anything other than providing and improving Wipe for Reddit. We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising SDK: the events above go only to our own server.
Like any website, our web server records technical access logs (IP address, date, requested URL, browser user agent) for security and abuse prevention. These logs are deleted automatically after 14 days and are not used for any other purpose.
Wipe for Reddit works inside your own, already logged-in browser session. We never see or store your password, session cookies or account identifiers, and nothing about your account is sent to our server.

Performance of the contract (license, free-tier limit, purchase), legal obligation (accounting records), and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and fixing what does not work (logs, usage events). You can object to the usage events at any time (section 10).
You can access, correct, export or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL: cnil.fr). Email contact@sydney-boisseau.com with your license key (shown in the extension) and we answer within 30 days. The API also exposes GET /api/v1/me/export and DELETE /api/v1/me, which export or erase everything linked to your license key, usage events included.
Our server is located in France (OVHcloud). Stripe may process payment data outside the EU under Standard Contractual Clauses.
The extension sets no cookies, and our server sets no tracking cookies.
Wipe for Reddit is not directed to children under 13 (or under 15 in France), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We update this policy when the extension's data practices change; the date at the top shows the latest version.
